The Fatboy cock tube is approximately 7 inches long however its super stretchy.  The silicone it's made with is beautiful and soft. Inside the tube is heaps of soft nubs that massage the cock as it moves inside the shaft.

At the base of the toy is two large holes. The big one is for your penis to go through and the second smaller hole is for your balls to pass though.  This helps as a bit of a ball stretcher and it also helps keep the cocksling in place.

What I've found the best way to use this is to first drip inside a small amount of lube. Water based lube is the best from what I've experienced. 

Make sure the cock is nice and hard and then slip inside the tube. There is going to be a bit of air "farting" so have a few decent strokes in the tube before slipping it over the base of the cock and balls.

Ease the balls though the base hole are you are ready to go.

From a top perspective this is a fun toy and the nubs feel great over the cock.
